Caramel Pistachio Matcha Flavoured Cake焦糖开心果抹茶口味蛋糕
This caramel pistachio matcha flavoured cake, like a sanctuary sitting in a chilling forest. With caramelpistachio cream coupled with matcha milk jelly and filled with cranberries, each bite feels like a stroll in a cool tea garden. The sweet caramel and the fresh matcha are like the breeze and sunlight,immersing you in a summer picnic.

走进葱葱郁郁的山林也是拥抱夏天的另一选择。这款绿色的焦糖开心果蛋糕适合所有内敛的坚果脑袋。焦糖开心果奶油搭配抹茶鲜奶冻，增加了层次口感，再加上满满的蔓越莓干，点点酸甜在坚果口味中使得每一口都不会沉闷。甜蜜的焦糖开心果和抹茶奶冻的搭配就好像炎热的夏日里躲进山林，吹过来一抹茶味的凉风。

Delivery & Collection
All cakes will be delivered in the afternoon, a 3 hour delviery slot will be provided 2 days prior to delivery.
Central London only, extra fees may be applicable outside of our delivery zones.
Collection is also avaialbe from our NW3 studio.

We use the best quality ingredients where possible, including organic flour and milk, and English butter. Please check below for the full ngredients list and please note we are not a nut free kitchen.

organic flour (contains WHEAT GLUTEN) , organic MILK, sugar, BUTTER, sunflower oil, free-range EGG, fresh CREAM, Pimms (ALCOHOL) , GELATIN (from beef tendon) , Pistacho (NUT), matcha, cranberries
Storage & Care
Please put the cake into the fridge in its orginal packaging when you receive it, and it can stay fresh for up to 2 days.
For carrot cake, please bring it out from the fridge at least 1 hour before serving to let it come back to room temperate.
For strawberry cake, it's better to enjoy it cold.
